I tried to follow up with their Complaints Team, and involved the Financial Ombudsman as well. They said they would reinstate it, but they didn't. After endless calls and emails (all were ignored) - I finally got one last email from them to say that they changed their minds and will not reinstate it. They said they could only offer me a brand new policy which would NOT cover any pre-existing conditions from my previous policy. They are a***holes...completely unprofessional.
