I have had to claim for loss of use with this company on my vet's recommendation. It was so straight forward and people I dealt with were so helpful and sympathetic. My other horse is now insured with them.I wouldn't look elsewhere.

This Company is first class. They know their business. They are horse people and sympathise with problems their Clients are encountering and their advice is relevant to your needs. I recently had cause to make a claim for veterinary fees. It was so easy! All claims were settled by return post directly to the veterinary practice, the farrier and therapist where required. There was no hassle, no quibble and no unnecessary paperwork. Highly recommended in all respects.

I recently had to make a mortality claim on my much loved horse - the two claims handlers I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful - they went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me chase up vet reports etc and my cheque arrived in a hand-written condolense card - I work in Equestrian Retail and get to hear horror stories of Insurers failing to meet their obligations - not KBIS - they are an excellent company and would not hesitate in recommending them

I have been with this company for 7 Years. I have claimed for a tendon injury, muscle injury and various cuts/lameness over the years. My experience has been fantastic!!! They never make a mountain
